We recommend that our fudges be stored in an airtight container in a cool place and be eaten within 10 days of purchase. If you choose to refrigerate our fudges, or in fact any temperature fluctuation, it may result in a sugar bloom. This is where the sugars begin to rise to the surface of the chocolate creating a slight discolouration (normally white/grey). This is harmless and your fudge can still be enjoyed.

Our fudge can be frozen for up to SIX weeks.  Place in an airtight container or freezer bag before freezing. Allow 3 hours to defrost before consuming
